Nixa Public Schools names Ellen Fogle its 2021 Teacher of the Year
Ellen Fogle, a sixth-grade teacher at Inman Intermediate School, was named the 2021 Teacher of the Year for Nixa Public Schools. The surprise announcement was made on Facebook early Monday. Fogle was honored along with three finalists: Rachel Claunch, Jason Foster and Mandy Patton. Typically, Nixa's top teacher is announced at a spring gala. The district did not schedule that event this year due to the pandemic.
