Vietnam vet gets new roof from local company
Last week, Billiter’s home was refurbished with a brand new roof, courtesy of a national effort by Owens Corning, a national roofing company. Contractors with the locally-based Retex Roofing laddered their way onto Billiter’s suburban home to repair a roof so leaky that at times, Billiter needed an umbrella inside the house, he joked.
