For the first time this season two HTA meetings were held last night – with one venue making its debut.

The number of runners were back up at Helton on Saturday as trainers took the opportunity to have a look round ahead of the big trails there on May Day.

Although it was a nice night and good running for the hounds the numbers of entries were down for last night’s HTA meeting at Oulton last night.
