Inquest into Sandhurst cadet Olivia Perks will take place next year
Olivia Perks’s body was found hanged in her room on February 6, 2019. A pre-inquest review into the cadet’s death took place in October 2019 and another took place today [May 20, 2021]. At today’s hearing it was announced the provisional date for the full inquest hearing will be May 3, 2022. Another pre-inquest will take place before that, on 20 December 2021. Olivia Perks had been in the last term of a 44-week officer training course at the Royal Military Academy when her body was found by Sergeant Major Richard Pask.
