TRAVERSE CITY — As construction looms for a selective fish passageway and replacement dam in Traverse City, pieces of the project’s bigger financial puzzle are coming into place.

TRAVERSE CITY — Contractors and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are still figuring out how much it’ll cost to build a new bidirectional fish passageway in Traverse City.

TRAVERSE CITY — Michigan's highest court declined to hear an appeal of a decision that would let Traverse City and the Great Lakes Fishery Commission build a project called FishPass.
