POLICE: Woman turns herself in after shooting parents, killing mother near Fort Bend Co.

Officials say a woman got into an argument with her mother and shot both her parents before taking off in a car with her young niece inside. Police say the mother was pronounced dead, while her father was hospitalized and expected to survive.
