Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) through his law firm, Falana & Falana’s Chambers, has reacted to Mr. Joseph Aloba, father of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, on allegation of threat to his life by the lawyer.  Reports and videos have been making the rounds on the internet where Mr. Aloba accused Falana and late Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi of threatening to kill him.  He asked the Nigerian government to hold Falana and Wunmi responsible if anything happens to him.

The foundation, in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria in Yenagoa, described the marriage as illegal, criminal, and a child marriage which is against the constitution and the Child Rights Act.
