Julie Rae Rickard CLEARFIELD — One of the teens involved in a shooting and riot incident in Coalport in June 2019 pleaded guilty Monday during plea and sentencing court in Clearfield County. Police say three men, Charles Smith, now 20; Cole Brown, now 19; and Jasiah Williams, now 19; along with five juveniles, traveled from Indiana, Pa., to Coalport to engage in a fight with a resident there.
