About two years ago dolores Street Community services along with other cbos, supervisor campos office and Mayors Office of housing sat down with developers to work on fulfilling their Affordable Housing obligation through land dedication. And we encourage land dedication in order that lowincome residents in the mission are able to qualify for the housing.
