　　今年6月，桂林公安交管推行9项“放管服”便民措施，为缓解老旧小区居民停车难的问题，桂林交警通过实地勘察及测算道路车流量，在桂林市秀峰区、叠彩区、七星区施划了60个限时停车位（包括新能源专用停车位）。这些限时停车位白天是车道不能停车，晚上可供市民免费停车。

　　据桂林市公安局交警支队相关人士介绍，这些限时停车位顾名思义只能在限定时间段和范围内停车，否则都属于违法停车，交警部门会依法进行违停处理。“这些限时停车位，在限定时间内（晚上时段）可供免费停放，其余的时段则是作为行车道使用，不允许停车。”
