Going to hit us hard, mainly around nine a m or 10 am tomorrow morning. Not right on the morning commute and there will be a wind cut advisory in a Flash Flood Watch. There is rain out there now but it is light stuff, widely scattered. This is considered a break, from noon today until tomorrow morning around for a m we will have a break and that allows 4 a m that allows the break to go down and a Flash Flood Watch will go through and we will have the wind cut advisory.
