Good evening, everybody. Im jan jeffcoat. Im derek mcginty. It is yet another bitterly cold night across much of the nation. The cold broke records at dulles and bwi and in dozens of cities across the country. It also cracked water pipes. A broken main in baltimore left this car encased in a thick layer of ice. Tonight while the winds have died down you better keep the heat cranked up. It is going to be brutal.
