The Ethereal World of Igor Zaytsev Igor Zaytsev was born 1958 in Lviv, Ukraine.He received his Bachelor's Degree from Lugansk College of Art and his Masters Degree from National Academy of Art in Kyiv, Ukraine. Zaytsev is among the generation of Ukrainian artists who pioneered new aesthetics outside of the established Soviet realism of the time after "perestroika".
