Illinois Sailor killed in Pearl Harbor attack accounted for The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced today that Navy Fireman 1 st Class Robert J. Harr, 25, of Dallas City, Illinois, killed during World War II, was accounted for on Feb. 12, 2021.
