Have been five accidents in San Francisco that resulted in the death of a pedestrian. We really are not quite sure what the status of this pedestrian is. We do know he flew about 30 ft. After being hit. I was upstairs on my balcony and i heard a bang. I look out and see a gentleman in the street pushed out about 30 ft. It looks like.
