The attorney about the route the driver was taking. He stopped the car, kicked everyone out but not before grabbing a hammer and hitting one of the passengers in the head. That person was sent to the hospital with critical injuries. He was arraigned today on battery and several other charges. He has no criminal background but gascon very upset about this. He sent a letter requesting information primarily about how they do their background checks on their drivers. They have until monday to respond to that.
