Heres something you dont see very often. Sure, a dog behind the wheel of a car is strange, but were talking about the snow in the foothills above livermore. Its unusual, but its beautiful. Reporter the snow came early this morning. This video was shot around 2 00 a. M. On mines road. Its down to the green part of the road. Reporter the snow was sticking to the ground. Sticking to the trees. Sticking to the cars. In fact, the snow stuck on the cars for hours as people drove into downtown livermore, giving us a thumbs up.
