What does Pensacon's most laborious costume look (and sound) like? Fort Walton Beach resident Ron Tilton thinks he spent more than 3,000 hours on his electronic, full-body, pre-apocalyptic Terminator costume. That's 125 days worth of work, which equates to a little more than four months.
