Lee C. Confer Lee C. Confer, 95, of Rote, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Susque View Home, Lock Haven. Born Nov. 1, 1925, he was a son of the late Harry and Maggie (Bates) Confer. Lee was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in the Philippines during World War II. On April 13, 1951, he married his love, the former Delores R. Davy, with whom he shared 69 years of marriage. By trade, he was a construction worker. Lee was a member of the Rote United Methodist Church.
