（谢岚贺王娟）近日，北京市西城区严格落实“731政策”多校划片后，西城区某学区房价格下降百万元出售，引起市场热议。据《证券日报》记者实地走访北京市西城区的德胜、金融街、月坛这三大主要学区房片区调查发现，目前楼市出现降价出售的情况，只是市场少例。受政策落实影响，大多数业主买主都仍处于观望状态。
百万元降价出售是个例市场观望情绪浓厚
据上述房产经纪人介绍，这位业主确定了置换房所以着急用钱周转，就降价出手了。但大多数业主并不是那么着急，房价回调就决定先不卖了。
记者又以购房者的身份在线上、线下咨询了多个中介平台，多位房产经纪人均对记者表示，目前市场变化不大，不会出现大幅降价的情况，除非个别着急出售的情况。
