RBI imposes monetary penalty of Rs. 5 lakhs on LIC Housing Finance Ltd

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has, by an order dated October 21, 2022, imposed monetary penalty of Rs. 5.00 lakh on LIC Housing Finance Limited, Mumbai for non-compliance.
The Board of Directors of Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 27th October 2022, has declared an Interim Dividend of INR 5/- per equity share of INR 10/- each for financial year ending 31st March 2023.
