index has rallied 20% since October and trades at a 12-month forward price-to-earnings ratio of 17.9, which Goldman analysts said was a high outside the Tech bubble era. However, they said the recovery was set to continue, forecasting the index to reach 430 by the end of 2021—just shy of its February 2020 peak, and around 5% higher than Monday’s price.
