Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. US Inc. has acquired the commercial property management, property engineering and construction management business of The Excelsior Group. The deal, announced Monday, adds 1.4 million square feet of real estate to Ryan’s management portfolio. The companies said the deal closed April 29. Terms weren’t disclosed.
