Crawford County Now BUCYRUS—A former Bucyrus man appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Monday to seek judicial release from the Crawford County Jail. Robert A. Skaggs, 45, of Garrison, Kentucky appeared before Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold Monday.
