Oil prices have fallen from over 100 a barrel in 2014 to less than 30 now. But in the communities that rely heavily on the oil industry for jobs, this fall has been devastating. Britains oil capital aberdeen once boasted more millionaires per capita than anywhere else in the country. Now the scottish city is in crisis, with thousands of people out of work, loing their homes and relying on food banks.
