Fair board plans to offer community a full fair in September "Everything is looking good so far," Fair Board Presidents Brian Winters said. "Some of those folks (food vendors) didn't survive this last year," Winters said. "We do have a ride company, so we are doing rides. The plan is right now for it to be the traditional county fair." The Daily Jeffersonian The Wagon Wheel Bar and Grill is hosting a fundraising event on Friday, which will feature performances by Adam Calvert and Ryan Robinette.  The event which is a benefit for the Kuczmarski/Beldean families, who recently lost everything in a house fire on Dec. 5, is being held at the Wagon Wheel at 11970 Clay Pike Road in Buffalo. The fundraiser which also features a bake sale, 50/50 raffle, and a raffle for an Ohio State cornhole board set donated by Kaleb Graham Productions will run from 5 to 9 p.m.  Calvert and Robinette will take the stage to perform at 7 p.m.
