3 3 after ten ddys of trial... and nine hhurs of deliberations, george hhguely is foond guilty of second degree murrerr.. in the beating deaah of yeardlly l. love.the jury issrecommending that huguely gets 26 years behind bars... instead of the maximum sentence of 60 years. murder .. and burglary charges the faaal bbating.but first ee degree murder requires premeditation.. which the jury did not think he had.before jurors began deliberating ... yeardley's mother and sister took the stand... and told jurors how they found out about yeardley's murder.. and how hard it's been for them ...
