Gide is delighted to announce that, following the success of the inaugural prize last year, it will be collaborating with The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn ("Gray's Inn) once again on the French-English Law Essay Prize 2023. As per last year's prize, the topic will focus on a comparison of law relevant to commercial transactions in the French and English legal systems.
Gide partner, Saadia Bhatty has been accepted to join the Arbitration & ADR Committee of ICC UK. ICC United Kingdom committees are UK-based specialised working bodies composed of business experts who examine major issues of interest to the business community, representing the UK voice throughout technical discussions and advocacy initiatives. The Arbitration and ADR has a mandate, as a forum, to discuss issues relating to international arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.
Admitted to the New York Bars in 2010 and Paris Bars in 2018, Saadia Bhatty is a partner within Gide's Dispute Resolution practice group in London.
