The building youre likely looking at video of from sky7 right now when somehow the flooring underneath them gave way. Were told that nobody underneath them was significantly hurt, but they did fall. My colleague who arrived here on scene first when all of this got going shortly after 9 30 this morning has been talking to some of the construction workers that are out here, and just showed me some video they shared with him that shows them dangling from some railing they were working on.
