Hes saddened by the serious allegations that this patient has made and of course, the charges are serious and we take them very seriously and hes going to vigorously defend himself in this court and in any other forum that charges him with any offenses having to do with the care individual. And today in court, the judge ordered the doctor to stay away from the patient until the matter is resolved. We did track down some of his other patients, hear what she say including why they dont think he did it. And robert, just yesterday we reported hearing a local dentist who pleaded not guilty to drug fraud charges. He was abusing prescription prescribing narcotics to at least two of his employees. They would fill the prescriptions and then give him the drugs. Investigators say hes been doing this since 2007. He has a practice in cambridge and dorster for decades.
