All right. In the victisanta cruz mountain massive man hunt continues for a bank robber whos been on the run since yesterday morning. Officers chased the man on highway 17 until he crashed his car near redwood estates. An officer fired at the suspect. It is not known if he was hit but he did get away. Police say a woman called 911 last night reporting a man with a knife had broken into her home and stole her van and some clothes. Now, we did get an update from the Sheriffs Office last night. Or early this morning at around 2 00 a. M. Its a tweet that says, suspect still at large. Seen in the area of aldercrof heights and locust drive. Residents should secure homes and report any suspicious activity. The highway was shut down and the massive man hunt began. Just after 10 00 last night, they got a call from a woman on weaver road saying a man armed with a knife was inside her home and had taken off in her van.
