Last Friday staff - at Sandford Care Home - put into action their Resident Shielding Plan. As part of the plan, kind workers will remain at the care home for a period of time whilst residents develop an immune response to help protect them during the pandemic. All staff and residents have had their first dose of the Covid vaccine. HUNDREDS of votes were cast as as part of Prestatyn’s virtual Christmas tree festival. The annual event, usually held at at Christ Church in Prestatyn, transitioned to online in response to the pandemic. Entrants submitted photographs and videos of their trees.
