Funds will be distributed to local veterans and their families through the American Legion, the Marine Corps League, Veteran of Foreign Wars and Vietnam Veterans of America.
Sandpoint Elks are well-known for a wide variety of community service events and projects. Among their many — and very visible — programs are youth golf, Hoop Shoot, senior and veterans holiday dinner, Patriotic Scramble fundraiser for veterans, scholarships, Elementary School Gardens, Drug Awareness Trailer, Dictionaries for third Graders, etc.
