There are two related items the first is the adoption of the Procedures Manual for inclusionary Affordable Housing and you will remember you had an extensive presentation from the Mayors Office of housing november 1st, just an informational hearing. Since that hearing date, the mayor has introduced an ordinance that would make the conforming amendments that are needed, if you would choose to adopt this Procedures Manual today.
