SeaWorld makes $3.4 billion takeover bid for Cedar Fair
From Bloomberg: Orlando, Florida-based SeaWorld made a bid of about $60 per unit in cash for Sandusky-based Cedar Fair, according to sources who asked not to be identified because the information is private. The companies are working with advisers on the proposal, the sources said. Cedar Fair confirmed in a statement issued Tuesday, Feb. 1, that it had received and was reviewing an 'unsolicited, non-binding' proposal from SeaWorld.

Geauga Lake lands apartment development, Meijer store
