UK Churches Make Care Packages for NHS Thursday, February 11th, 2021 Churches in the UK are making care packages for NHS staff to bless, support, and encourage them amid the high-pressure exhaustion of the pandemic. The health care workers are receiving chocolate bars, coffee vouchers, and thank-you cards, with the idea spreading across churches and to the broader community. Leaders at Gateway Church in Kings Lynn, Norfolk were inspired by another church to create the parcels, and more churches are getting on board.
