Ontario’s stay-at-home orders include an outdoor-exercise exemption. London has been hit with deep-freeze temperatures over the past several nights. That combination made Sunday a perfect chance for people to hit the ice in true Canadian fashion. LFP photojournalist Mike Hensen joined them. London’s conservation authorities, it should be noted, are urging caution in such settings. “There is no such thing as 100 per cent safe ice,” they advise.
