From state and federal partners. Oakland police are investigating an illegal sideshow after hundreds of people gathered despite the shelter in place order. This happened yesterday afternoon not far from a Senior Center near bancroft and 55th avenue. Three people were arrested and 14 others cited and 12 vehicles were told.
