Detectives say 70year old lenin perez was found dead around 630 Tuesday Morning. He was in the housing area of the jails medical building. Where he was being terated for mobility issues and back pain. Officials say when perez was found he couldnt move or speak. Aid was given to him but he later died. Arrest on april 15th of last year.
