Probably unlikely, i think, that we re going to get cameras in the complex. but i think we should expect to see him arriving, with the secret service detail, you know, maybe the weight of cameras. it s donald trump, and he s going to find a way as much as he can to get it on tv. one more quick question, to, hugo, about the fact that you have been keeping an eye on the federal classified documents case in florida. his lawyers, as you know, are making a new request to judge aileen cannon. she wants to order the special counsel to explain scheduling in the d.c. case. how likely is she to get involved in that? it s a good question. we don t. now you are supposed to have or they were supposed to be a public conference with the judge, amy cannon, and in appeals with the special counsel s team and the trump team to discuss kind of various discovery motions. that s been canceled. it s been now held on sale because it pertains to how trump is going to handle ....

Look at the justice manual, any state a.g. they will say, we have nothing to do with politics, we don t consider politics. part of the problem with the scheduling of this trial, it s obvious doj and all the prosecutors are thinking about the election and they re trying to get it in before the election. they re not saying it, but it s clear they re very much focused on the election. this brings me to my second point about why it s problematic for prosecutors to think about counteracting pardons. how are we deciding which pardons we re going to try to essentially undo? if you re a federal prosecutor, you fear a president might pardon your case, which case do you send over to the state? which of the hundreds of pardons that a president will issue, do you call across the state and say, i want you to pick this up? how are we making these decisions, and is it possible to separate those from politics? i don t think it is. i totally get your point. it seems like it s a selective ....

Northern northern. it s gonna be atlanta division. the biggest problem for jury selection would really just be cherokee county. the rest of that metro atlanta area is not trump country still. we know that mark meadows case has been a sign of an obama appointee. if you re trump, the only reason you want to get a federal court, if you think you can get one of your appointees, now that we know that s not gonna happen, i m wondering if you ll still pursue it. in terms of scheduling, assuming this stage is not real, the federal case, the january 6th case goes first, when do you think it would actually go to trial? i don t think there s a chance it goes before the election. this is a case that goes after the election. back to the jury selection, there have been cases we had one in south georgia, where they expanded to the whole district. so, because they needed that, if you think about just the hyper emotion and the partisanship that involved in this case, they are going to have to, this ....

I take it that s a standard kind of filing the district attorney would make at this point in time and the dates in it are aspirational at this stage and just a starting point for the judge to consider. well, it is aspirational. i can t say that it s standard. usually that type of discussion of the type of scheduling would happen after arraignments. soul we are, she is indicating, i think issues very ready to go, much like she said during her press conference two nights ago, and so i think in anticipation we are also waiting to see whether any of the defendants, through their council, decided to file a speedy trial demand. that could also change the schedule. ....
