I call the hearing to order. Today the committee convenes its seventh open hearing of 2017 to examine russias interference in the 2016 u. S. Elections. In the 12th open hearing this year, to date our open hearings have largely focused on the domestic impact of russias activities. Todays witnesses, however, will highlight for the committee and for the American People russias interference in the european elections.
