Colleague is going to talk about the Mayors Initiative around technology. To remain relevant we need to show impact. We cant wait 5 years. Whenever we design, whatever we are doing at c i now, my staff know that we are designing it to have an impact measure initially. Even if its just a leading indicator, it needs to show something immediately. And the other reason is we cant scale something if we dont know if it works. So that is important to us. Kids and get them into stem field this is the place to work. It is those top 100. If you are in those schools, you need to be addressing every student with this. You cant be a program done after school. It cant be a program only that is done in an elective course. We dont want to stop those elective courses, we dont want to stop those after school.
