Today we recognize people like my parents who surmount their disabilities and achieve success in a world of work. These are people who have worked harder than most. They had to. They are people with determination and courage and i am honored when i am among them. We also honor their employers who know that the most valuable workers is one that is loyal, dependable, and gives an honest dayss work for an honest a. s pay.
