Eight responses didn't answer the question directly. If the intent is to subject visitors to a "little pain," then $20 will be just that â "little pain," especially with government giving away money periodically. If the intent is to prevent visitors from utilizing these access points, then a simple sign stating "Residents Only" is suggested with $100 fines...
