Reporter the trial is expected to start this morning. Yesterday, both sides were in court arguing about what should be allowed during the trial. Perhaps the Biggest Issue of the day was the matter of a videotaped confession by eric frein after he was captured. Late yesterday the judge ruled the video is okay to show the jury. Eight women and four men will decide his fate. Accused of shooting Corporal Brian Dixon and trooper douglas. Dixon was killed and douglas was injured.
