Syringes for Cuba campaign makes progress in Honduras Syringes for Cuba campaign makes progress in Honduras Tegucigalpa, May 7 (Prensa Latina) The continental campaign from the solidarity movements with Cuba to send one million syringes to the Caribbean nation for the Covid-19 vaccination is making progress in Honduras, an activist from the crusade confirmed on Friday. Elena Flores, president of the Honduras-Cuba Association (AHC, in Spanish acronyms), told Prensa Latina via WhatsApp that the campaign began with the dissemination at the level of unions, teachers colleges, agricultural companies, activists in solidarity with Cuba and the 17 subsidiaries of the AHC. Given the complexity of sending the syringes to Cuba due to the lack of air connection from the Central American country, the participants in the campaign opted for contributing money and sending it to Panama to make the purchase and transfer from that country through Cubana de Aviacion airline, Flores ....
