Montogomery County begins vaccinations of EMS workers, volunteers
Hundreds of Montgomery County EMS workers and volunteers are expected to receive their first doses of the Moderna coronavirus vaccine this week. The special clinic for first responders started Monday morning with Narbeth Ambulance Lieutenant Joe Yochim and Second Alarmer's Rescue Squad Battalion Chief Anthony McGrail getting the first two doses. Montgomery County Department of Public Safety spokesman Todd Stieritz said Tuesday the about 400 first responders are expected to be vaccinated by Wednesday.
