50yearold tushar atre had been kidnapped and driven away in his own white bmw. It was at about 10 00 investigators found the car by the side of the road in the Santa Cruz Mountains with a body nearby. Deputies at this point arent telling us if it is the man. Investigators arent saying why he may have been kidnapped. As you may expect neighbors in the area are on edge this evening. That is radical.
