I didn’t think I could respect Secretaries DeVos or Chao any less, but it turns out that I can. In resigning in protest they fail to do their constitutional duty to protect this nation by invoking the 25th amendment. If they are truly so upset by what has happened, they have the power to end it, rather than to resign in cowardice and do nothing.
