Kho Jr. has been named as new associate justice of the Supreme Court, Malacanang confirmed Wednesday. Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles, acting presidential spokesperson, said President Rodrigo Roa Duterte signed Kho's appointment paper on Wednesday.
